President of High Council Guidelines


You are expected to set an example for all other members to follow by attending the majority of scheduled events in a week as well as undertake all of the roles of a High Councillor.

High Councillors Guidelines


You are expected to post regarding attendance.

You are required to moderate the Forums and warn or ban other members who are breaking the rules.

High Councillors will deal with complaints and disputes from clan members and make investigations and pass all the findings on to the council for review.

Dragonfighters Guardians - Forum Sherrifs


Ensure that members are following posting if not, try to find out if there is a reason or anything we could do to help.If no reason warn them if multiple warns refer to High Council for banning.
Keep an eye on members to spot trouble and neutralise it.

Eliminate Spammers

Close dead topics, posts and polls

The Heads of Section Guidelines


Head of Multimedia - Will make videos of clan events, biographies and develop graphics for the clan as well as moderate all related forums.

Clan Officers


The Recruitment Officers - You are expected to state where they are advertising the clan and what other activities they are carrying out to attract new members.


General Moderators



Run your section efficiently and in line with the clan rules

Warn people breaking rules in your area

Refer to a High Council if persistent rule breaker

Under take all moderator duties found in the guide on moderation

Demotion will follow if these duties are not carried out effectively.
